Doesn't make sense though when I hit download speeds test on PS4 settings it says 19 Mbps but then if test again and again it will give me variations like 8 Mbps and 12 Mbps 19.5 Mbps and 15 Mbps.
So, I hurried home from work today to be greeted by my copy of The Division sitting in my letterbox. Got it in the PS4, got to the installing game data part and it said over 6 freaking hours!!!
Actually at the time of typing this post it is upto almost 10 hours to install.

EDIT 2: I restarted PS4, removed the disc and put it back in and it is going to be installed in 5 minutes now. Yayyyyy!!! I would have cried if I didn't get to play The Division tonight.
